A quick project from the other day, mainly just to try posting pics

I have a similar set of stands that I had a friend make up for me. I put rollers on them and made the height adjustable...the base is an old car or truck wheel.

I think I'd go with the truck wheel as an old car would take up my whole work area..... ROF

Ya TELL me about it. You need to see my garage!!!!!!! Though right now a old tractor is doing its part to muck things up also.

Also use a convertible for height adjustment!!!

If you use a Pinto,all you need to do is hit it in the rear and you can heat up steel!!
Use a Samuri or a Sidekick and it'll roll over by itself for welding stuff on the bottom side!!
MGBs are great if you're short....

Bill, yes, dont want some do you, got a fair few of them knocking round. Next door uses them as planters, dont look too bad really ;)
Are you a driver? Its my brother who races, I just complain about all the bits of kart laying about, tractors is my thing ;)

Got about $25 in it.Was given the old Arctic Cat and found the frame down the road with a FREE sign on it!!! :bannana:

Heck yeah I'm a driver!!!!!!! I started racing in 1977 at the ripe old age of 5, and drove for 23 seasons...then 'life' finally caught up to me....marriage, house, kids, etc...LOL
