I posted some pics/story of my new Craftsman High Speed sweeper earlier. Sweeper (http://www.mytractorforum.com/showthread.php?t=11715)

I have since purchased a de-thatcher for the lawn and got it together and mounted.

It has a rope to dump from the seat, and I just loop the rope on the transmission control.

When you want to travel without de-thatching, just lift the unit up and hook it to the tongue of the sweeper.

To de-thatch, just unhook it and move forward...the tines fold under and start to work. It's nice to be able to also sweep up the thatch in the same operation, with one thing to pull. The anti-scalping wheel works to keep the tines working fairly level.

My lawn is still pretty wet, so I haven't used it much yet, but the weather is going to be a bit dryer, so I'll see how it really works.

nice setup greg.. does the black lever (vertical lever in the photo in the 1st post) does that control the sweeper height or the dethatcher?

It only controls the height of the brushes. The scalp wheel keeps the thatcher tines level. The "tension", set by the wheel, is set for a 42", but I'm going to change it. There is a hole further forward for a 38" that might give more tension. Sounds confusing, but all I can do is try and see what happens. I may drill another hole back towards the sweeper to further adjust it, if needed.
