Keep a couple of things in mind:
1. How quickly do you need it. If you have time to look around, there's a good deal out there somewhere. I paid $125.00 for a like-new one, then ran across a very good one two weeks later for free! I think I'll keep using the first one, and restore the latter for a "show plow".
2. In looking at the older ones, keep in mind the 10" was the most popular for a reason. The 8" tends to turn the furrow and sod up on edge, rather than flip it over. The 12" will take more horses to pull. The 10" turned out to be the best compromise, and I believe is the only size Brinly stil makes. Just some food for thought, CKruse
