Thats is even fodder for an idea!
How about a "Pac-Man" shaped, lightweight head, springloaded and mounted on a bearing for a handheld whacker? Same principle, but would take the "thinking" out of whacking so you dont "ring" your small trees.

Just because my thought processes are different than yours DOESNT mean I cant break it as good as YOU can!!.

Re: awsome mower from germany

In countries other than the US I have noticed that they make and sell more machines to take care of small details. More semi trailers have wheels on them that steer. Every trip I have taken to Europe and Australia I am fascinated with the different cars, trucks, mowers, trains and just about anything else that is mechanized.

My Horses: Toro 520xi & 522xi, 40" Berco, Toro 44" 2 stage blower, 48" push blade, 50" belly blade, 52" deck. Toro 5xi prototype hood. Parting out 2 Toro 266-H,1 268-H, JD Sabre 20/46 mower deck.
