Re: tiller sizing for kioti
You should have no difficulties running a 72" tiller. I think that the KK tillers are very conservative in their advertised PTO HP operational guidelines. If your engine starts to bog down raise the tiller slightly during operation, and go deeper on the next pass. I have always been curious of the differences between reverse and forward operating tillers and I have seen far too many "expert(?) battles" about which one is superior in operation. Djdoxie raises an interesting question as to the possible power requirements between the two types of tillers. My 60" tiller is foward rotating, and I have no complaints.
