Bought a B7100 HST

Recently, a member of Redsquare put a NOS Wheel Horse 314-8 for sale. It had 67 hours on it, and had only been used to mow for a few of those hours. He wanted a VERY reasonable price for it, so I committed to buying it. Well, good judgement and sentiment won the day, and he decided to keep it. I can't say that I blame him, or was upset. I have instances where I wish I hadn't sold something.
Later that evening, I was surfing on craigslist, and came across a clean looking B7100. I hadn't planned to search for one, but I had thought many times how nice it would be to have a compact tractor. I went and looked at it today- original owner, little old lady who just passed away, her daughter, who has one of her own, is selling it. 7100 HST 4WD, 640 hours, clean as a whistle. Garage kept its whole life, a Woods 59" finish mower, also in great shape. I purchased both for $3000.00.
I love this machine! I have always like Wheel Horses because of their simplicity, stoutness, and reliability. Kubota seems to deliver the same thing, and then some.
I will post some pics, as soon as my daughter brings my camera back.

There been alot of B7100's being posted about lately. All were/are in good to great shape and they all found good new homes.
Good thing is that they are very stout and well made machines and will work hard and last for all you new owners for yrs & yrs.

I checked out your pics in the link and it looks in very good shape. Not only is teh tractor a very good purchae bit that Woods RFM is a very nice implement too.

You should get yrs of great service from it.

Oh yeah, that is a great buy. The HST means hydrostatic ? So no gears just forward reverse pedal. Is that right ? Thanks for sharing.
Nice scripture tag on your signature too.
God bless you.
