Re: MMM Cutting Performance
Can't comment on the mowing with the CUTS, where I live and being a business they are simply to heavy, I can tell you of every tractor I own the 2520 is the best all around for what I use it for.
As for R4's vs Turfs, man that is a tough one, the 2520 with Turfs is amazing, look at my post on Start to Finish, I have both tires but opted for the turfs for this job as they stick better to bedrock, now we are adding fill and even in the freezing rain, rain and wet snow over the past two days, traction has not been an issue at all and I am glad I left them on.
Once again where I live R4's can chew up a lawn pretty fast, granted we are generally doing loader work.
If your ground can support the weight, although it's desperate hard on the lawn for compaction, I would take the Turfs, even on ice they have better traction in my experience.
If you didn't have loader work, I would suggest the X749, what a dream machine this thing is for mowing and yard work and it seems to run on fumes...the 2305 is a great machine and works well for what we use it for, haven't used a 2320 so I coant't comment but if you opt for the 2520 you will never look back, go with the 7 Iron deck, in our business they are considered one of the best in the market.
A colllection of CUT's, excavators and GT's, just about every attachment going and a major amount of Stihl gear. We operate a Landscaping business.
Smiling every Day!!! Andy
