The Curtis cabs are nice. I saw a brand new 2320 at my dealer the other day with a bh and cab. They are really pricey though- over 6k Canadian.
The original cabs look almost to good to be true. You can probably get some heat by gearing up a heater core of some kind. I would be more concerned about condensation inside the cab interfering with visibility than about staying warm. There is going to be some heat coming from the hydro and engine but probably not enough to keep you warm or keep the windows defrosted. I have no experience with them so perhaps others can comment.
