Stump removed "finaly"

I had a bush similar to the first picture that I had cut down in the middle of my yard. I tried burning the stump down for a couple weeks, This weekend I hacked at it with the pruning saw and pick axe for the most of two days off and on. Finally got it below ground, and gathered some fill dirt from out back.

Re: Stump removed "finaly"

Don't stop mowing your trail to the "out back". As the remnants of the stump gradually rot away, you will need to add a little more soil to keep it level. If you scatter a load every spring you won't even need to re-seed, the grass will just keep coming up through the fresh soil.

Nice work on "rooting" it out, take a break
