Re: Starting A Thread

it should be at the top of each forum. you won't see it when reading an existing thread nor when looking at the main page that lists all forums, but click on any open forum and it should be there.

if you are using an app to browse the forums then you have to tap the "..." at the top of the screen and then choose new topic.

Check out our new HOMEPAGE

Yes the App seems to be giving a error at this time. I gives me that error and then when it asks to save or discard I discard it and find that my thread did post.
We have notified Tech Support on this issue!

Re: Starting A Thread

Hi Brad,

Thanks for your reply, especially on a weekend. If you don't mind some constructive feedback, I think this site is particularly difficult to navigate for new members like me who just want to post. I'm still not quite sure about beginning, but will do my best to try. You may hear from me again if I get into too much hot water! Thanks again.

As far as we can tell from our end, we've got your account set up so you should be able to post. Please try going to our test forum (see the link below)

Test Forum - MyTractorForum.com - The Friendliest Tractor Forum and Best Place for Tractor Information

and creating a new thread. You should see, at the top left of the Test Forum page, a button that looks like this:

Name: New Thread.png
Views: 331
Size: 9.9 KB

If you click that button, it should let you create a new thread in our Test forum.

Please try that and let us know how you do.

Agreed. This might be the most difficult site to navigate through that I've ever visited. I'm going to try to figure out how to post a new thread for about 5 more minutes. If I can't figure it out after that, I'm going to quit forever.

Starting A Thread

Hi ianzhayes,

It's been 15 minutes... Any luck yet?

I'm saddened that you feel that way. Do you not see the "New Thread" button at the top left of any of the forums you want to post in? The button I referred to in my previous post? If you don't, then let us know, there may be an issue with your account that we can resolve for you.

Im also wondering, have you had this issue since you joined in 2012? Did you ask for help on it before? I see you have 4 posts in your post count, but I suspect they're all in your introduction thread, as I can't see them when I search for them.

Re: Starting A Thread

Hi
I am trying to post these pictures in Bolens or Homemade of a side arm mower on a Bolens 1476 tractor. All the arm movement is supplied from the Eaton 2 hydro. The mower has it's own hyd. pump driven by the tractor PTO
