The Perkins 4-99 engine is in the same family as the 4-107 & 4-108. I don't know if Massey used the 4-99 but it was used widely in industrial & marine applications. The biggest problem is that the 4-99 is a rare engine that has been out of production for 30 years. You may want to extend your search to include the 4-107/108. What is the application? Do you need a special pan? Are you looking to get a duplicate of the original pan?
If you have the numbers stamped into the side of the block I can help you identify the original pan that was supplied with the cyl block when it left the factory. I'll have to look and see if I still have an option manual for that engine. If you like, give me a call next week 7:30-5:00 central, 1-800-367-7639, ask for Charlie in parts. I may be able to direct you someone who has some used parts for that engine.
