Tractor for Construction/Landscaping?

Hi, I sold my old skid steer and wanted to get a tractor for my construction company. The price point with loader and backhoe on a tractor is much lower and also they come with long warranties. They also work better in mud and easier on turf. Does anyone use a tractor for their construction company?
I have a choice of either buying a really small compact one like kubota bx, kioti cs, mahindra max, etc. But they are not quite there in terms of capability for a construction company. I also need something compact as possible to get into backyards and around buildings. I narrowed it down to either the small tractors or a kioti ck4010 60" wide setup. I need some advice. Thanks.

I can't say if a small tractor will fit your needs, but I do have a couple comments. Double check the warranty, from what I have seen, manufacturers offer two warranties, one for residential use and one for commercial, the commercial being much shorter. Did you look at the Kubota TLB series. They are specifically designed for commercial use and offer a bunch more capability than the equivalent subcompact/compact tractor...for a price of course!

Good luck in your search.

I did take a look at the kubota tlb series and they are pricey and too wide for my needs. The company doesn't need to know what I use it for, "I use it for my personal use on my farm" hehe. I am leaning towards the ck3510 which has around 3500 pound breakout force on the loader, 1800 to full height, and almost 8 foot digging depth with backhoe. What you think.

Well, I'm not the guy to be advising on tractor for construction use, no experience there. I'm hoping some else with direct experience will come along and comment soon! That being said, I see compact tractors used all the time by landscaping companies in my area...lots of hours, digging and moving materials and other various jobs. So depending on the tasks you have in mind, they just might fit the bill.
