Re: hydraulic oil in the old fords
Sorry I haven't had a chance to post any pics for you on the location of the rear end fluid level check plug. I've been swamped with work.
Anyway, I got a quick chance to look at my tractor this morning before I left for work (it was actually light out when I left for work finally). The level check plug for the rear end/differential/hydraulics is on the right side of the center housing, in front of the right axle, just behind & below your right heel when you're sitting on the tractor. If things slow down I might even get to post a picture for you soon.

You know you might be a Nouveau Redneck if...
1. You use the cup holder on your tractor to hold your cosmopolitan instead of a beer
2. Your "Santa on a tractor" Christmas yard decoration is actually a high tech digital hologram.
3. Your deer camp cuisine is better than most 3 star restaurants.
