cub mower deck website?

Anyone know of a website/page where C.C. mower deck info is? I remember one with serial number, model, year made, part number interchange. But of course I can't find it now. I've got a 42" and a 44" want to swap parts, but not sure if they interchange, I only know what the 44 came from.

Re: cub mower deck website?

Have you tried Cub Cadet's website? Their parts lookup is decent.

If you know what model the 44" came from, you could easily find out what model tractor the 42" was offered on and type it's model number in too.

And one easy way to find out what similar model the 42" was offered on is to ask us! All we need to know is the model number of the 44" deck tractor that you already know.

Can you post some pictures, we can probably see if they fit. I have done some deck Frankenstein work myself. Some parts are interchangeable other not really. If I could see what you're talking about I might be able to say.

Another thing you can do if you know the model# of the tractor is look up the P/N of the part(s) you wnat to interchange & see if the P/N is the same. Best I can do..

Experience is something we get.... right after we needed it!!

Re: cub mower deck website?

ok, the 44 is on a 1200. It's serial #is 0320017U018446,
the 42 is numbered 421U111. No idea of tractor yr, or model #.
The 44 needs spindel bearings, pulleys. It's been all redone other than that. The 42 bearings seem good
Thanks

Re: cub mower deck website?

If you have a IH built 42" mower deck and a IH built 44" mower deck, these decks are completely different in design. I don't know of any interchangeable parts between them.

Here is the parts you inquired about....

Item #2 - IH-59703C2 Center Pulley
Item #3 - 756-3008 Outer Pulley
Item #4 - ST-745 Bearing
