well she looks pretty good for her age has been in storage for 3 years in a garage since it ran last so got to go through everything steering is a little sloppy too but I think its just more of stud adjustment on worm the ross steering so got time to go through it came with a snow plow and mower deck too has a hydraulic lift 3pt hitch on the back rear wheel weights plus the creeper gear too probably gave more than I should have but I thought $500 was reasonable motor turns over well will need to put in a axle seal too well see what you think?
Nope, you did good. The lift is worth $300, creepy gear another $200, lights $100, wheel weights add $100 and you also got the rear lift. That is a nice little nf cubbie.
well I started to go through it today and the biggest problem before I can think about starting it the rear pulley is all sloppy and managed to get the pto off which took a while......PB blaster I swear by it good stuff........anyway the bearing feels good but I have to take it off the hex key is all worn to heck ........is a wonder it didn't shear its so sloppy........so my question is how does one get the bearing off without a puller? i'm at a stand still with it right now
Why not pick up a 3 jaw puller and be done with it?
