just repaired hydrogear trans..but what kind of oil?..and how much oil? md # 310-0750

i JUST REAPORD THE HYDRO TRANS IN MY CRAFTSMAN...THE TRANS IS MADE BY HYDRO GEAR...ITS A 310-O750 AND i CANT FIND ANY SPECS ON IT....DOOi USE 20-50 MOTER OIL??...HOW MANY OUNCES?...CAN I OVERFILL AND CAUSE A PROBLEM??...IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO...IT WOULD REALLY BE HELPFUL.... i TRIED THE HYDRO GEAR WEBSITE..BUT COULDNT FIND ANY THING...THEN MANUAL SAYS ONLY THAT THE TRANS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO A SERVICE CENTER...I REALLY DONT WANT TO BLOW THIS THING OUT BY PUTTING THE WRONG OIL IN IT...LET ME KNOW YOUR THINKING...RON

There's an interesting "sticky" at the top of this forum on Hydro Gear 331-3000 transaxle servicing.
