Um, you're compressing fuel vapors either way. With the blow through, you're just trying vaporize and mix the fuel and air in an already compressed environment. If nothing else, that means you have to have extra fuel pressure to drive the fuel into the carb. If that pressure was lost, there would be pressure blowing back through the gas tank. Not exactly the hot set up either. Or maybe it would be very hot blowing gas all over the place! LOL
Pros and cons to both ways. But the draw through seems much simpler to me.
