OK my friends Here It is. I shell keep you all Posted. I am Listing A 425 . 48" deck 980 Hours. For those that care. Steel CS gear . Has the Hydraulic couplers . . Been used On the Scoop/loader . and had a 60" deck on it . Runs Like it did when it was
New... ; Listing it for Mid $3000.00
I am also Listing My/a 318 Deck. And a Push Blade Nice running tractor ,, About 600 hours on the clock... Some may question the fact . That I don't Know the Exact Hours. Well I have Had Machines with Over 4000 hours on them and they ran like new. So Hours are Not as Important as care of the Machine.. I am also listing that in the mid $3000.00 . I shell keep you all informed on the Sales Action. NO need for this HE said She said. I'll tell you.. Oh They Are listed On C/L Seattle WA.

Your 425 would fetch about $2500 here in my area. The 318 would be lucky to reach $2000. I hope things are better on the West coast than around here. Good luck.

Ditto from what I've seen the east coast is a buyers market and out west is a sellers market.

2 425 s sold within the last 2 weeks. over $3000.00 . in bad shape. . I sold one last fall/ 54:" deck. $3650.00.
Not quite sure what the replacements will be. I still have 2 318 s and 4 425s. several int. cubs 2500 series. and some other stuff,, some people buy fishing poles I'll buy tractors . if they look like a good flip..

Geographic area is interesting. Here in Utah, neither would reach 2k most likely due to lack of knowledge. People wont spend over 1000 on a "lawn mower" but the exception that proves the rule is every now and then you get a guy that thinks he knows and pays top dollar for something. Things here either sell for next to nothing, or way more than theyre probably worth. Very interesting.
