I think the bolt spacing is the same but the stud size may be different. Are the center holes of the wheels the same? What kind of lug nuts will you use? Part of what makes a wheel "safely" bolted to the axle or hub is it being centered whether it be with lug nuts that have an acorn shape. Other wheels are centered via the hub on the end of the axle or front hub.
