I would try knocking the clutch shoes with a punch, I would bet thats how most Shindaiwa techs do it. That said, I can't guarantee the results as I've never removed this type of clutch before, all my saws use a nut. I would advise you to locate a new clutch and drum and be willing to buy it if necessary. The saw appears old enough to where replacement would be a good idea.
